Return Process
Do not send any product back without contacting us first.
To start a return, email us at support@getpelvica.com. Our support team will review your request and provide the correct return address by email.
The return address will be communicated only after you contact support and receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 90 days of delivery.
Depending on the case, we may ask you to return the product, including opened or empty bottles, before the refund is processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement after it has been issued.
Shipping fees are non refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our side.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Non Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or orders made outside the 90 day refund window.
