At Pelvica, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your product without unnecessary delay.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using UPS fast tracked delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Pelvica is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed Packages

Most orders arrive within the estimated 7 to 10 business day delivery window.

However, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs checks, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is delayed, please first check your UPS tracking link for the latest update.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, mailbox, building reception, neighbors, or local UPS delivery point.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at:

We will help you investigate the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the shipping box.

International Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier delays.

Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by your country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
